About the Presenters
Caroline Boutard-Hunt is the Agricultural and Horticultural educator at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Yates County. Prior to working for CCE-Yates, Caroline and her husband Jonathan ran an organic vegetable CSA. Caroline loves sharing her interest in gardening through workshops, her work with the Yates County Master Gardeners and answering gardening questions.
Heather Gilbert, owner of Finger Lakes Compost, is a local permaculture homesteader living with her two daughters. She is an environmentalist who enjoys community outreach, education and playing in the dirt. She is passionate about keeping the Finger Lakes Region clean, healthy and beautiful!
