The most delicious week of the summer!
Join us for PURE Brew Week — a limited-time celebration of clean water, great beer, and local collaboration. July 26 – August 3, 2025
Breweries around Seneca Lake are teaming up once again to create a special, one-time-only beer brewed with donated local ingredients and inspired by the waters of Seneca Lake.
The beer will be available at participating taprooms and select restaurants during PURE Brew Week — while supplies last!
Partners & Sponsors
We’re incredibly grateful to the many organizations who donated time, materials, and talent to make this year’s brew possible:
- Seneca Lake Order of Brewers (SLOBS)
- Grain: Malted barley from New York Craft Malt in Batavia, with raw barley sourced from Seneca Grain & Bean in Penn Yan
- Hops: Heritage NY hops grown and bred by Cornell AgriTech in Geneva, originally discovered at Hee Haw Hops in Virgil
- Yeast: Provided by RahrBSG in Shakopee, MN
- Labels: Donated by TLF in Rochester
- Paktechs: 100% reused Paktechs collected through Ontario County’s recycling program – a circular economy success story we’ll spotlight more post-canning.
